Project Management

Our Project Management team is staffed by experienced professionals dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional service and results within agreed upon timelines. Key components of this relationship are:

  • Communication

    ALTA has always placed a high priority on providing clients with a direct line of communication to senior technical and project management staff and if there's a problem don't worry we'll call you.

  • Scheduling

    Our primary objective is to meet our client's requests within the agreed upon time frame. Project Managers guide the scheduling of all laboratory staff and instruments and if necessary, redirect any additional resources required to meet project commitments.

  • Proactive Problem Prevention and Resolution

    Working closely with laboratory and other client services personnel, Project Managers help to identify or clarify potential issues before they create problems and potential delays. Responses to Sponsor requests are generally handled within 24 hours following notification.

  • Sample Accessioning

    ALTA's sample control is handled by a dedicated staff committed to same day accessioning and reconciliation of samples for even the largest sample shipments. In addition, our LIMS database provides the ability to lock sample databases on a per-set basis as well as barcoding and electronic tracking of samples.

  • Quality Control

    ALTA's QA/QC program has been designed to control data quality at the source of production. Each record (data component) is QC reviewed in-process by trained staff prior to a final QC review. The overall objective of this approach is to minimize the time and effort required by Quality Assurance (QA) and Project Management to correct errors after data generation. The ultimate result is faster turnaround times and improved data quality.
