Bob is a co-founder of ALTA with over 25 years of operations, quality control, and client services experience. He supervises all client services activities to ensure that projects are conducted within previously established timelines in accordance with our quality control and data reporting procedures. Bob directs the design and implementation of quality control measures at key checkpoints within the entire data production process. In addition, he works very closely with the Information Technology team for the development and application of automated data and report processing tools.
